How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is based on monthly subscriptions with included minutes and daily call caps. You can choose the package that best fits your needs, and any additional minutes are billed at standard rates.
What are daily call caps?
Daily call caps limit the number of calls you can make in a 24-hour period. The Starter package has a cap of 2,000 calls per day, the Professional package allows up to 5,000 calls per day, and the Enterprise package has unlimited daily calls.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The new pricing and features will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my minutes or daily call cap?
If you exceed your included minutes, additional minutes will be billed at our standard rate. If you reach your daily call cap, you won't be able to make additional calls until the next day. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits.
